VICAR, S.A. has an extensive staff of technicians who are able to develop new products or make variations in the current ones according to the requests of our customers. This concept of competence and service is where most time and resources are spent in this company. We only need to know the technical characteristics of the desired material and the manufacturing process. When this information is received, a sample is prepared in order to be tested by the customer; if the needs of the customer are satisfied, the following step is to prepare an industrial sample to test the final quality of the product.

VICAR,S.A. uses its installations to provide the following services: SPRAY DRYING, MILLING and CRUSHING of different materials. In our pilot plant, the milling and the spray drying are easier thanks to its versatility. We can receive the material for spray drying either in slip or as a conglomeration of the materials to be processed. In the installations we have the capacity to weigh, mill, sieve and to dry the material for obtaining the characteristic spray dry powder.
